Handshake Perks Terms

Handshake Perks are benefits offered by participating businesses, not by Handshake. Each business sets its own offer terms, availability, reuse limits, and expiration rules. A business may change or end a perk for future uses, and may refuse a redemption that does not meet the displayed terms or applicable law.

Perks have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or another benefit. Unless an offer says otherwise, a perk may be used only once during its stated reuse window, and only by the verified member who presents the active ticket. Taxes, gratuity, and service charges are handled by the business and may apply unless the offer states otherwise. Do not falsely report that a business provided a perk. Misuse, fraud, or abuse may result in removal from Perks or Handshake. At some partners, such as restaurants and bars, new members' perks activate 24 hours after joining.

Handshake does not provide, inspect, or guarantee any business's goods or services and is not responsible for a business's acts or omissions. Questions or complaints about an offer may be reported through the app.

Perks are a separate membership benefit. Access to Perks is not earned through predictions, picks, wins, losses, Shakes, or other gameplay activity. 21+ only.
